DESCRIPTION:UPDATE: THE MEETING WILL BE MOVED TO THE LAST TUESDAY IN NOVEMBER DUE TO THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS. \nThe Planning Commission meets every 4th Tuesday in the Council Chambers unless there is no agenda. The Planning Commission is charged with developing and adopting the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Rainbow City. Its broad responsibility is to plan for the orderly physical development of the City. The Commission is responsible for the implementation of subdivision regulations, including the review and approval of new subdivisions.  It also conducts public hearings concerning rezoning proposals and makes recommendations to the City Council concerning the same.\n
